Since moving to the Triangle area in early 1998, Chris Teseniar has become familiar with the charm and beauty that make this region such a great place to call home. Chris is a graduate of Florida Baptist Theological College, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Theology. He is also a graduate of Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary of Wake Forest, North Carolina. In 1992, Chris became an ordained minister. He attained his Masters of Divinity, with a focus in Biblical Languages, in the spring of 2005.
With 26 years of experience in ministry work, and pastoring churches in both Florida and North Carolina, Chris says he’s had the opportunity to get to know a lot of people and walk with them through both the highs and lows of life. These experiences have afforded Chris the opportunity to develop the skills necessary to work with people and guide them through some of life’s major events.
On several occasions over the course of his work in the pastoral field, Chris and his wife have left family, friends, and the comfort of home in pursuit of higher education and ministry. As such, he is able to relate to all that is involved in relocating to a new area or different state. Throughout their journey, they have bought, renovated, and sold several homes, allowing Chris the opportunity to understand the challenges involved in being a first-time homeowner, as well as an experienced homeowner. Chris received his real estate license in November of 2015 and loves getting to know people, and looks forward to using his skills and experiences to serve and help those interested in the real estate market.
Chris is always excited about helping new residents discover everything the Triangle has to offer.
